Monarch Commercial was delighted to assist a long standing client on a shop letting within their Southall retail portfolio. The tenant is an established global textile business, Frontier Raas, with its roots in India. They are well known for their unique Indian bridal outfits. Having secured the lease, they extended the property by sub leasing the neighbouring retail unit.

The property has an A1 and A2 classification. The occupier has carried out substantial fit out works that include a double storey rear extension and removed the internal walls to create a large double unit. The occupier is aiming to have the property open for business before Diwali this year.
