Monarch acquires blue chip retail investment in Stoke Poges for £1.85 Million Off Market
Monarch acquires blue chip retail investment in Stoke Poges for £1.85 Million Off Market (SL2 4BY)
Monarch worked with a national home builder to dispose of the commercial investment interest on Tabard Square, Bells Hill in the affluent town of Stoke Poges. The property is currently let to Co-Op Foods, Costa, a local Tiles & Bathroom retailer and residential ground rents from the uppers. The transaction reflected a gross yield of circa 9% and adds to a growing investment portfolio belonging to a private client of Monarch Commercial. Negotiations took place off market and we managed to secure the investment at an extremely attractive price.
We’re looking for other similar investments in and around London and large cities. Feel free to get in touch via email if you have anything you wish to dispose of: Harry@monarchcommercial.co.uk
